Cancellation and Refund

This page explains how order cancellation and refunds are handled.

Order cancellation: cancellation requests are accepted only before order processing starts.

Processed orders: once packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or incorrect items: report issues within 24 hours of delivery with proof, and we will review for replacement or refund.

Refund timeline: approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Support: contact customer support with order ID for cancellation/refund requests.
